Kindercamp: Teaching German afterschool to YMCA students
Anyone can teach or help out! It’s so fun! Teaching is the best way to intensify your own learning!

Mondays after school until 3:30ish
German Club meetings, films, food taste-testing...

Oktoberfest (at Tremper)
Cookout with brats, potato salad, strudel, pretzels and Sprecher rootbeer

Christmas Caroling (our 3rd year!)
Walking fieldtrip to St. Joe’s Nursing Home

Chicago Christkindlmarket and Goethe Institut
Metra Train to Chicago, go to market for lunch, get free program at GI
Cost: around $7 for train plus meals and shopping

January 2009
Tremper will host its first German Language Camp.
We will need lots of parent help!

Germany 2010
3-4 Weeks living with families in Tremper’s only exchange program with 5-7 days of pure travel and site-seeing
Get on-board now for greater fundraising opportunities and control over what we see!
